Please try using Terminal and type pmset -g to review power parameters of your MAC.
Based on some information we collected from MAC forums, this issue occurs on Apple original SSD as well.
If you see "sleep prevented by mds" is shown as above, it is suggested turning off spotlight by typing sudo mdutil -a -i off.
