To advance our ESG vision and mission, the Board of Directors, at its meeting on August 7, 2025, resolved to establish the Sustainability Development Committee and appoint its members. The Committee is tasked with integrating sustainability principles into corporate operations and daily management, formulating and promoting related policies, reviewing performance outcomes, ensuring information transparency, and overseeing the implementation of sustainability initiatives.
The Administrative Vice President serves as Chief Sustainability Officer, with the Office of the Administrative Vice President as the primary execution unit. Four task forces—Corporate Governance, Environmental Sustainability, Social Engagement, and Sustainability Information Disclosure—comprising department heads, drive initiatives in their respective domains. Through a cross-departmental collaboration mechanism, these task forces regularly report progress to the Committee to ensure targets are met.
The Sustainability Development Committee reports to the Board of Directors at least once a year. The Board reviews management policies, evaluates execution results, and provides recommendations for future plans, enabling the management team to continuously refine and improve. The implementation status of the Company’s key sustainability initiatives for 2025 was reported to the Board of Directors on August 7, 2025.
